This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for subscriptions and services purchased through Ffinlore.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Once a subscription/package is purchased and activated on Ffinlore, it cannot be cancelled.
There is no pro-rated, partial, or full refund for unused subscription duration or unused benefits.
By activating a subscription, you agree that the service is deemed to have started immediately.

2. Change of Mobile Number / Account

Subscriptions are linked to a specific mobile number and user account.
Cancellation or transfer of a subscription to another number or user is not permitted.
If you change your mobile number or lose access to your number, you must contact support. Any decision to assist will be purely at Ffinlore's discretion and does not imply refund or transfer rights.

3. Loan Application Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a loan application directly with the bank / NBFC as per their policies.
Cancellation of a loan application with a lender does not entitle you to a refund of your Ffinlore subscription.
Any processing fee or charges levied by the bank / NBFC are as per their terms only.

4. Service Interruptions

Temporary unavailability of the website/app due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues does not qualify for cancellation or refund of subscriptions.
