Welcome to Ffinlore. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. About Ffinlore
Ffinlore is a digital financial marketplace and technology platform that connects users with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions.
We facilitate loan discovery, comparison, and application, and we operate on a subscription / package-based model for users.
Ffinlore does not itself provide loans, credit, or banking services. All loans are sanctioned and disbursed solely by the respective banks / NBFC partners, as per their internal policies and sole discretion.
2. Eligibility and CIBIL / Credit Score
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract.
- Before applying for any loan through Ffinlore, you should ensure that your CIBIL / credit score is generally above 690. A higher score does not guarantee approval, and a lower score does not guarantee rejection — final decision always rests with the bank / NBFC.
- Each lender has its own internal eligibility criteria (age, income, employment type, location, etc.). Ffinlore only helps you understand and compare these criteria.
3. Subscription Packages and Usage
- Users may purchase subscription packages (daily / monthly / yearly or other plans) on Ffinlore to access enhanced features such as multiple loan applications, premium support, tracking, and additional tools.
- A subscription does not guarantee that a bank / NBFC will approve or disburse your loan. Approval, interest rate, tenure, and all other terms are solely decided by the lender.
- Each subscription is linked to a single registered mobile number and Ffinlore account. Only this registered mobile/user can use the package benefits and apply for loans. Other referred users or third parties cannot use or share your subscription to apply for loans.
- Sharing login credentials, OTPs, or account access with others is strictly prohibited.
4. No Refund and No Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions
- Once a subscription/package is purchased on Ffinlore, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to loan rejection, partial approval, or change of mind.
- After activation, subscriptions cannot be cancelled or transferred to another user, mobile number, or account.
- By proceeding to pay for any subscription, you explicitly agree to this no refund and no cancellation policy.
5. Relationship with Banks and NBFCs
- Ffinlore only acts as a facilitator / intermediary between you and various banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- We help you view, compare and apply for loan products of different partners (banks/NBFCs) based on the information you provide.
- All loan approvals, rejections, interest rates, fees, processing time, documentation, and disbursement are controlled solely by the concerned lender and are subject to their internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Ffinlore is not responsible for any delay, rejection, modification of loan terms, or any dispute arising between you and the lender.
6. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, complete and updated information while creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or applying for any loan.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.
- You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt fraud, or submit false documents / information.
- Before applying for any loan, you should carefully read the complete terms, charges and conditions of the respective bank / NBFC.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ffinlore, its directors, employees, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loan rejection, change in interest rate, delay in processing, loss of data, or loss of profit arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform or services.
8. Changes to Terms
Ffinlore reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
