This Refund Policy describes the terms under which payments made to Ffinlore for subscriptions and services are handled. By purchasing any subscription/package on Ffinlore, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Refund Policy

All subscription/package purchases made on Ffinlore are final and non-refundable.
No refund will be provided in any of the following (including but not limited to) situations:
- Loan application is rejected or partially approved by any bank/NBFC.
- You change your mind after purchasing a subscription.
- You do not use all/any of the benefits included in your package.
- Your CIBIL / credit score or eligibility does not meet lender criteria.

2. Subscription Linked to Registered Mobile Number

Each subscription is strictly linked to a single registered mobile number and Ffinlore account.
Only the registered user with that mobile number can utilise the subscription to apply for loans and use related services.
Other referred users, friends, or third parties cannot use your subscription to apply for loans.
Misuse or sharing of account access may lead to suspension of services without any refund.

3. Platform Nature and Loan Approval

Ffinlore is a facilitator platform that connects users with banks and NBFCs. We do not approve or disburse loans ourselves.
Loan approval, rejection, amount, interest rate, tenure, and all related conditions are decided solely by the respective bank/NBFC.
Payment of subscription fees is for using Ffinlore's tools, services, and assistance — not for guaranteed loan approval.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe that an incorrect amount has been charged to your payment method, you should immediately contact us with transaction details. Genuine billing errors (like double charge due to technical issue) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if valid, may be corrected.
